The comtetition is full of success stories.
In 2021, the project “School of Project Potential 4.0” of Norilsk Nickel from Russia won the Grand Prix. The team integrated the kaizen approach, the achievements of digital technologies and the latest approaches in adult education, into the innovative development of the training simulator and then brilliantly defended their project in a live broadcast!
The first place in 2021 was shared by two companies from Kazakhstan: ERG company with a large-scale project “Perfect quarry” and the project “Fighting losses” of a small enterprise – bakery “Karavay”, mentored by colleagues from ERG.
In 2020, the foreman from branch German company Alfmeier in Czech Republic, received well-deserved recognition by demonstrating how the integration of the kaizen methodology into the daily work of the foreman makes it possible to find solutions to “unsolvable” problems.
In 2020, a team of teacher and her students of Perm National Research Polytechnic University subdue d the participants and the jury of the competition with the creative implementation of Lean and Agile technologies, created to solve the problem of increasing student involvement in the educational process.
In 2019, a metalworking company “BENEŠ A LÁT” from the Czech Republic took first place in the Human Capital nomination with a unique project of sharing designers for kindergartens as part of the corporate strategy of training workers for the future of digital production.
